Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, United States, and Australia, and will be expanding to more countries soon.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

If under $75 the following rates will apply:

— Canada: $9.92
— United States: $5.72
— Australia: $14.32

Can I track my order?

Yes, orders can be tracked here.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping durations can vary based on location, season, etc. however in general shipping takes approx. 5 to 14 days.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You can return your item up to 30 days after receipt and receive a full refund or store credit. Item must be unworn, unwashed.

What is your exchange policy?

You can exchange your item up to 30 days after receipt. Item must be unworn, unwashed. We'll send you a return shipping label so you can send it back to us free of charge. Once we receive your item back, we'll send you a new size.

Orders

What size should I purchase?

Please refer to our size guide located on the product page to the right of the size options.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hrs of placing it. However, once fulfilment begins, you will no longer be able to cancel and will need to return it.

Please contact support to initiate a cancellation.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and Diner's Club. We also accept Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Is my payment info safe?

Yes, we use Shopify to host our online store and checkout. All stores powered by Shopify are PCI compliant by default so payment info and business data are extremely safe.
